About the role
As a Trade Development Manager – DAC at Monster Energy, you will drive the strategic and tactical sales and distribution plans for our high‑energy beverage portfolio. You will work within the Coca‑Cola Operating Unit’s assigned region, focusing on boosting distributor and bottler performance to achieve ambitious business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with distributors and key customers in the assigned territory.
- Execute market plans across Traditional Trade and Modern Trade channels.
- Maximise sales and distribution of all Monster Energy products through local and national sales programs.
- Train and coach distributor/bottler sales teams on brand objectives.
- Implement national and regional account strategies to meet sales, profit, and market‑share targets.
- Monitor retailer activity and develop cost‑effective strategies to increase volume and profitability.
- Conduct performance reviews with distributors/bottlers and adjust actions as needed.
- Collaborate with National Sales and Regional Account Management teams on customer programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales, preferably within retail, wholesale, or distributor environments.
Required skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
