About the role

Join the Delivery C&DC business unit as a Telecommunications Administrator 4. In this P4‑level position you will be a key player in designing, implementing and maintaining the telecom infrastructure that supports the company’s operations, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient communications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain telecommunications networks, guaranteeing high availability and optimal performance.
• Plan, configure and deploy telecom solutions that meet business needs and international standards.
• Implement security protocols to protect information and prevent unauthorized access.
• Monitor network traffic, diagnose technical issues and resolve them quickly to minimise operational impact.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate communication technologies with IT systems and business applications.
• Manage vendors and external telecom services, ensuring quality and contractual compliance.
• Document processes, configurations and procedures to maintain traceability and operational continuity.
• Support team development by sharing knowledge and participating in technical training.

Required profile

• University degree or higher technical training in telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related fields.
• Solid experience in network and telecom system administration, preferably in corporate environments.
• Advanced knowledge of communication protocols, network security and hardware/software management.
• Strong analytical abilities to diagnose and solve complex problems.
• Team‑player with effective communication skills and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Commitment to quality, continuous improvement and compliance with standards and regulations.
