About the role

Urudata is looking for a Senior Technician to join its networking and support teams. You will work on critical, high‑availability infrastructure, both on‑premise and in the cloud, providing expert assistance and ensuring seamless migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support and execute migrations on critical and high‑availability infrastructure (on‑premise and cloud).
• Diagnose and resolve network and communication issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain network stability and performance.
• Configure and manage network equipment such as routers and switches.
• Conduct performance testing and preventive network maintenance.
• Document procedures, configurations, and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest networking trends and technologies.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in technical networking support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including switches, firewalls, routing, and IP telephony (CCNA level).
• Ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good level of English.
• Additional (non‑mandatory) knowledge of Ansible and OpenShift is a plus.
