Technical Support Specialist – Ticketing & Fulfillment

About the role

The Ticketing and Fulfillment Support Specialist provides essential assistance to independent travel agents, handling reservations, ticketing, and quality control. The role combines phone, email, and fax support with a deep understanding of airline routes, regulations, and commission validation.

Key responsibilities

• Support agents in booking, managing, ticketing, and processing exchanges for PNRs.
• Perform quality control on reservations to minimize errors and provide coaching.
• Validate and collect commissions, working closely with Revenue Management.
• Prioritize multiple bookings, schedule changes, and exchanges.
• Serve as point of contact for Canada and US teams, and liaise with the online booking tool vendor.
• Assist with debit memo reviews and ARC requirements when requested.
• Suggest team schedules based on workflow and handle moderate to high‑complexity issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Sabre GDS (domestic and international) and airline ticketing.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain error‑free output.
• Previous travel agency experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a passion for customer service.
