Technical Project Manager

About the role

SunnyData is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the execution of data‑focused technical projects and champion agile ways of working. You will act as a bridge between technical teams, client stakeholders, and project leaders, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, ceremonies, and project logistics to keep teams aligned and productive.
• Capture notes, decisions, and action items from client and internal meetings and share updates promptly.
• Monitor action items, dependencies, and deadlines, following up with owners to maintain momentum.
• Facilitate communication between technical leads, engineers, and client stakeholders to reduce friction.
• Identify project risks and roadblocks early, working with the team to provide solutions.
• Promote lightweight agile practices such as visual boards, feedback loops, and regular ceremonies.

Required profile

• Experience working with IT or technology teams in an agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage data or software projects, preferably in analytics, ML/AI, or data‑engineering contexts.
