Technical Implementation Manager

About the role

Paymentology is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead end‑to‑end technical projects for card‑payment clients. You will ensure seamless API integration, certification, testing and launch of our multi‑cloud payment platform across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and guarantee smooth integration of Paymentology solutions.
• Coordinate integration of services such as fast feed, tokenisation, 3DS and embossing vendors.
• Manage technical API testing, compatibility checks and prepare go‑live readiness, including pilot testing and BIN certification with Visa and MasterCard.
• Support UAT and production testing, documenting outcomes for future reference.
• Resolve technical issues during testing using internal tools (Jira, Slack, Zendesk).
• Facilitate client implementation of additional experiences like Tokenisation, 3DS, Visa Account Updater and Credit.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of technical project management experience in the card‑payment industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of card issuance, ISO 8583, scheme certification and tokenisation lifecycle.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage complex API integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
