About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help shape the candidate experience by conducting initial outreach, assessing fit, and guiding applicants through the interview process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to evaluate general suitability.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and encourage participation.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Support interviewers by summarizing candidate profiles, experience, interests, and commitment.
