Supervisor/a de Reponedores Externos – Montevideo

About the role

We are looking for an experienced retail merchandising professional to lead a team of external merchandisers in Montevideo and surrounding areas. The role combines on‑site supervision of point‑of‑sale activities with remote team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of merchandisers, both in‑person and remotely.
• Conduct daily visits to supermarkets and other points of sale.
• Analyze sales and merchandising data and present reports to the client as required.
• Identify growth opportunities and build strong relationships with store managers.
• Organise regular team meetings and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience managing or supervising external merchandiser teams in the fast‑moving consumer goods sector.
• Own vehicle and a valid Category A driver’s licence.
• Good knowledge of Montevideo’s retail points of sale.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 8 am‑4 pm and Saturdays 8 am‑12 pm.
