Supervisor de Desarrollo – Sector Financiero

About the role

We are looking for a Development Supervisor to lead software development teams within a national financial services company. The role involves coordinating complex technology projects, managing internal and external resources, and ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute prioritized projects.
• Supervise development teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and guarantee delivery commitments.
• Define project scope, objectives, and modules together with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and progress tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and escalate critical issues.
• Maintain effective communication with technical teams, business areas, senior management, and suppliers.
• Produce and keep functional, technical, and management documentation for each project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• Native or fluent Spanish (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising software development teams of 5+ members.
• Proven experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders and external providers.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to produce managerial reports and handle critical escalations.
