Store Sales Associate – Retail & Beverages

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Sales Associate to join our team at the Costa Urbana shopping centre. You will be responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience, driving sales of beverages and related products, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers at the point of sale, actively promoting products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to commercial objectives.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods accurately.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and in the back‑room.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑presented store environment, including windows and displays.
• Monitor stock levels, support inventory counts, and ensure correct product identification.
• Follow internal procedures and brand standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure daily operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in face‑to‑face sales, preferably in retail or shopping‑centre environments.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Responsible, organized, and commercially driven attitude.
