Analista Senior de Desarrollo Comercial

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Development Analyst to join LACC’s Commercial Development team. The role is pivotal in identifying, structuring and launching new business opportunities across the various verticals of LACC’s distribution hub, from prospecting to full operational onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for LACC’s verticals, especially in real‑estate related projects.
• Prospect potential clients, understand their logistics needs and design tailored solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, business models and quotations based on cost, profitability and operational feasibility.
• Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding process, coordinating due‑diligence, service agreements and launch activities.
• Act as front‑line leader during commercial implementations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage key accounts assigned as a KAM.
• Analyze internal processes, propose standardisation and automation to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Maintain commercial information in the CRM, ensuring traceability of opportunities and projects.
• Represent LACC at client meetings, strategic partners, industry events, fairs and missions in Uruguay and abroad.

Required profile

• Graduated or final‑year student in Business, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B commercial experience in Business Development, Consulting, Supply Chain or Project Management.
• Advanced English proficiency (required).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI or similar data‑analysis tools.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
