Store Manager – Retail Leader (Canelones)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations in Canelones. In this strategic position you will have full autonomy to drive commercial results, develop a high‑performing team and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, meeting commercial and operational targets.
• Recruit, train, motivate and retain staff, fostering a culture of commitment and high performance.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that aligns with brand standards.
• Analyze performance indicators and implement continuous‑improvement action plans.
• Execute commercial strategies, promotions and visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels to guarantee product availability.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and motivating work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within apparel or retail.
• Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong commercial orientation, leadership abilities and decisive decision‑making.
• Good command of standard computer tools.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Canelones.
