About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Solution Architect to lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation. This remote position works with a global portfolio of tech projects, helping match top engineering talent to client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessments and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each role.
• Participate in client meetings to understand and refine engineering profile requirements.
• Collaborate with sales to accelerate resource delivery while ensuring feasibility.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends and emerging technologies across multiple tech stacks.
• Train candidates in various technologies as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven background in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
