Staffing Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Staffing Consultant to bridge the gap between client services, sales, and talent acquisition. You will analyze our vetted candidate pool and strategically staff IT business opportunities, ensuring timely placements and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end staffing for open positions, selecting and presenting qualified candidates.
• Review, filter, and maintain the candidate pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Keep job openings up to date and clean any outdated listings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, client services, and sales teams throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar client‑facing role.
• Proven experience in the IT industry with a strong understanding of technical talent.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and business‑process focused.
• Advanced English proficiency with articulate communication skills.
