SSR Cash Operation Analyst

About the role

Pluspetrol is seeking a Senior Cash Operation Analyst who blends treasury expertise with programming, database, and AI capabilities. The role is hybrid, supporting both on‑site and remote activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble payment batches and execute payments across different geographies.
• Monitor client collections, apply payments, and perform accounting regularizations in SAP.
• Identify manual treasury processes that can be automated and develop scripts, tools (Python, macros, RPA) and AI solutions to streamline reconciliations, reporting, and payment/collection workflows.
• Design and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards to track treasury KPIs, while documenting processes and the solutions created.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in administration and finance, preferably in Treasury.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Familiarity with SAP (desired) and knowledge of Business Intelligence, databases, Python (or similar language), and AI tools.
