Spanish Content Writer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a native or near‑native Spanish Content Writer to help train next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will ensure high‑quality Spanish input that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Spanish items, identify quality issues and provide feedback via Discord.
• Communicate updates, guidelines, and workflow changes to trainers and QAs.
• Answer trainer/QA questions on grammar, tone, register, cultural context, and variant differences.
• Activate and monitor remote contributors, encouraging participation and tracking availability.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as style guides, FAQs, trackers, and onboarding materials.
• Schedule and deliver onboarding and training sessions for new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance or related field.
• Native or near‑native Spanish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent English to follow guidelines and communicate with the team.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Spanish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish grammar, spelling, punctuation, accents, tone, register and cultural nuances for both Latin American and European variants.
• Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics and spot issues such as mistranslations, unnatural tone, missing accents, or inconsistent terminology.
• Experience leading or supporting remote annotation or QA teams is a strong plus.
