Solutions Manager – R&D (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s Research & Development team as a Solutions Manager, leading a high‑performing, fully remote engineering group. You will shape the people strategy, drive delivery excellence, and foster a collaborative culture that fuels innovative tech solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the human capital for the project: recruit, retain, and, when necessary, let go team members; design compensation and motivation plans.
• Define, track, and report on team metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee team coordination and the software development process, guaranteeing adherence to best practices.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure compliance.
• Promote a collaborative engineering culture consistent with company values.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development roles at a reputable company.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership position.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in English (advanced level).

Required skills

• Proven experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Ability to define and monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
