About the role

Join BairesDev as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) focused on Web3. You will design and build full‑stack automated test suites for decentralized applications, ensuring quality across API, UI, and CLI layers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive automated test suites covering API, UI, and CLI layers of Web3 applications.
• Establish and maintain testing strategies for distributed systems and blockchain services.
• Diagnose, triage, and resolve issues across Web3 protocols and RPC services.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper throughout engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to embed testing practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or test engineering.
• Strong SDET background with proven automated test suite development.
• Hands‑on experience with Web3 applications and decentralized system testing.
• Understanding of blockchain protocols and RPC services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
