Shopper Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Shopper Marketing Manager at Monster Energy, you will be the strategic link between the sales organization and marketing, driving high‑impact activation programs that influence shopper behavior and accelerate brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial and bottler communications, acting as the marketing expert for assigned accounts and regions.
• Partner with Sales, E‑Commerce, Cross‑Functional Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, and Shopper Insights to design and launch activation strategies.
• Leverage retailer and brand strategies for new product launches, exclusive items, re‑launches, sampling, seasonal programs, price promotions, and custom consumer promotions.
• Assist in developing annual business plans using category, shopper, and retailer data, identifying growth opportunities and managing budgets.
• Ensure all POS materials and in‑store activations meet brand standards; coordinate with graphics teams and agencies for visual assets.
• Lead consumer promotions end‑to‑end, including planning, agency management, terms & conditions, prize fulfillment, creative development, and post‑promotion analysis.
• Participate in shopper marketing and sales meetings, providing data‑driven insights to influence decision‑making.
• Drive eCommerce joint business planning and national programs.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of customer and shopper behavior.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams.
• Experience translating national brand strategies into actionable local marketing plans.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market insights and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
