ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Aven Hospitality is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead platform strategy and deliver hands‑on development. The role combines technical leadership with day‑to‑day configuration, scripting, and integration work to support enterprise service management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce ServiceNow governance, standards and roadmap, ensuring alignment with ITSM/ITIL.
• Design, develop and configure workflows, ITSM, CMDB and Service Catalog modules, including scripts such as Business Rules and Client Scripts.
• Drive automation initiatives, create integrated solutions, and manage platform upgrades and releases.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog).
• JavaScript and Glide API.
• REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
