Senior Workday Analyst – Compensation & Benefits

About the role

The Senior Workday Analyst will partner with HR stakeholders to design, configure, and maintain compensation and benefits solutions directly within Workday. This hands‑on role focuses on end‑to‑end configuration rather than traditional project management, supporting global offices across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from HR teams and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Configure and maintain Compensation and Benefits modules, including merit cycles and open enrollment events.
• Set up Talent Management processes within Workday.
• Create custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
• Collaborate with a companion team to ensure global consistency and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong background in Workday Core HR configuration.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Workday Compensation and Benefits.
• Proficiency with Workday Talent Management and Report Writer.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
