Senior Technical Project Manager - Remote - Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based initiatives. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to drive digital transformation, data platform, or AI‑driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and coordinate with designers, engineers, product and operations stakeholders.
• Lead project governance activities including stand‑ups, delivery reviews and risk management.
• Monitor delivery timelines, track milestones, manage dependencies and proactively resolve technical blockers.
• Produce executive reports that translate technical progress into clear business impact.
• Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines for application releases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional technical project management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation, data platform or AI initiatives.
• Strong background in Agile delivery and cross‑functional coordination.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and take extreme ownership of outcomes.
