Senior Product Manager – Cross-Border Operations

About the role

We are looking for a technically deep and commercially‑driven Senior Product Manager to own the Cross‑Border Payments domain for Brazil. You will shape the end‑to‑end product strategy that enables global merchants to move money into and out of emerging markets compliantly, efficiently and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, roadmap and P&L of the Cross‑Border product suite, balancing regulatory compliance with revenue impact.
• Navigate Central Bank regulations, translating changes into timely product actions and ensuring best‑in‑class eFX and NRA participation.
• Lead design and delivery of Non‑Resident Account and Virtual Account integrations, working with FX brokers, custody banks and engineering teams.
• Act as the primary technical and commercial advisor for global merchants operating cross‑border flows in Brazil, communicating complex regulatory and operational concepts.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance to automate manual workflows, trade‑book management, ACAM file generation and FX closing through product tooling.
• Own strategy for VASP and stable‑coin operations, shaping related product offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within payments, fintech or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of foreign‑exchange regulation, non‑resident accounts and electronic payment services.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks into clear product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with merchants, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue impact and operational efficiency.
