Senior Technical Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical programs across distributed teams. The role involves overseeing dependencies, risks and milestones from kickoff through delivery while keeping executive stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical programs, coordinating distributed teams and tracking dependencies, risks and milestones.
• Produce executive‑level communication and reporting on program status, outcomes and risks.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders to keep programs on schedule and remove blockers.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption or training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program management.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior executives and produce clear reports.
• Experience managing programs across distributed teams.
• Background in security, developer enablement or AI/agent adoption is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
