Senior Software Engineer – AI‑Driven Development

At Tribu, we keep growing and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The world of software development is changing fast. AI is transforming not only what we can build, but how we think, design, test, and build software.

Key responsibilities

• Design development workflows where AI accelerates delivery while preserving engineering judgment, code review, security standards, testing, and quality controls.
• Integrate automated testing throughout the development lifecycle, including unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain high‑quality delivery in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactively research, experiment, propose new ideas, and take ownership of delivering solutions without waiting for explicit instructions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong foundations in software engineering, system design, architecture, and scalable application development.
• Ability to understand complex business and technical problems, translate them into clear technical solutions, and make sound engineering decisions.
• Engineering degree completed or close to completion.
• Potential and ambition to grow into a Tech Lead role over time.
