Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Remote

About the role

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at BairesDev, you will ensure that critical systems remain reliable, observable, and resilient at scale. You will work across multi‑cluster environments and modern observability stacks, shaping the uptime and performance that users and businesses depend on.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale Kubernetes environments across multiple clusters, including operators, autoscaling, and multi‑cluster management.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
• Implement and maintain observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) for proactive issue detection.
• Define, track, and improve reliability standards, including SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and post‑incident reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline engineering, and IaC tools.
• Hands‑on experience with observability stacks and defining reliability metrics.
• Background in cloud security tooling and IAM hardening.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
