Senior Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

Canonical is seeking a senior leader to design, implement and optimise revenue operations across direct, channel and online sales. The role partners with executives across sales, finance, product and legal to drive data‑led improvements and ensure scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver precise, scalable revenue operations for direct, indirect and online channels.
• Lead and develop a team of revenue‑operations analysts, establishing policies, processes and daily support for sales teams and partners.
• Drive sales enablement, CRM management, CPQ, analytics and commission processes.
• Instrument, measure and improve policies across the full revenue‑operations spectrum, providing metrics on leads, pipeline, velocity, productivity and renewals.
• Oversee sales technology, automation and integration with commercial systems engineering.
• Own commission planning, goal setting and performance evaluation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in revenue‑operations or sales‑operations roles, managing direct, channel and alliance partnerships.
• Data‑driven analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills across all company levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities in professional English.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to four times a year.
