Trade Sales & Enablement Manager (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Trade Sales & Enablement Manager based in Latin America to own the day‑to‑day execution of Havenly’s fast‑growing trade business. You will translate strategy into actionable sales pipelines, enable both inside and outside sales teams, and partner with U.S. sales, marketing, CX, supply chain and RevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Own routing logic for rep books, prioritizing and assigning trade accounts across inside (retail) and outside sales.
• Drive sales teams with triggered alerts, contests, SPIFFs and clear targets to increase application‑to‑order conversion and repeat rates.
• Manage tier‑progression mechanics, promo pricing, and the special‑order request process from intake to delivery.
• Write, QA and iterate trade lifecycle campaigns, ensuring on‑brand messaging and testing for conversion uplift.
• Administer trade CRM (HubSpot), maintain data integrity, build self‑serve dashboards and automated alerts, and surface leading indicators for sales leadership.
• Act as single point of contact for trade issues across CX and supply chain, defining escalation steps and unblocking stuck orders.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in B2B, trade or wholesale sales operations and enablement.
• Proven ability to work remotely with U.S. teams and communicate fluently in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building funnel reports and turning insights into prioritized action plans.
