Senior Product Designer (Figma + Cloud Cursor) – Remote

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work directly with designers and engineers to create high‑quality digital products using Figma and AI‑assisted tools.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Design complex digital products from concept through delivery, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and hand off assets to developers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for design deliverables.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design and visual quality.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.

Required skills

• Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• AI design tools such as Cursor.
• UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility standards.
• Responsive web and mobile‑first design.
• User research, usability testing, wireframing, interactive prototyping.
• Developer handoff processes and frontend design considerations.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) for design assets.
