Senior Product Designer – Figma & AI‑Powered Cloud Cursor (Remote)

About the role

FullStack is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to create high‑impact digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client product teams and contribute to design discussions.
• Design complex web and mobile‑first experiences from concept to delivery.
• Develop and maintain design systems using advanced Figma features.
• Incorporate AI tools such as Cloud Cursor into design workflows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Prepare design assets for developer handoff and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve design processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and visual quality.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• AI design tools – specifically Cloud Cursor.
• UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Responsive web and mobile‑first design.
• User research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Developer handoff processes and frontend design considerations.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
