Senior iOS Engineer

About the role

Plan A Technologies is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to help build a platform that makes buying and selling experiences delightful. You will translate product requirements into actionable engineering tasks and lead their execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and Objective‑C.
• Collaborate with Android, DevOps, and backend teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality mobile experiences.
• Participate in architecture discussions for cross‑platform development and shared business logic.
• Improve build reliability, performance, and scalability together with platform teams.
• Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and establish best practices.
• Experiment with AI‑assisted tools to enhance development, testing, and debugging workflows.
• Define, decompose, and lead delivery of complex projects independently.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional iOS development experience shipping apps to the App Store.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS SDKs, with knowledge of Objective‑C.
• Experience building and maintaining large‑scale iOS applications.
• Background in rapid‑growth, product‑driven teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and guide technical decisions.
