Senior Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Satellogic is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to serve as the on‑site People Partner for its production operations in Uruguay. You will provide day‑to‑day HR support, ensure consistent execution of global People programs, and help build a positive employee experience at the manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted HR advisor for local production leadership, offering coaching on employee relations, performance management, and workforce issues.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle for the Uruguay site, from recruitment and onboarding through development, performance reviews, and off‑boarding.
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives specific to the production environment.
• Drive employee engagement activities and foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Uruguayan labor legislation and internal company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or People Partner, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong knowledge of Uruguayan labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously and work autonomously on‑site.
