Senior Fullstack Engineer (React, Python, Node) – Remote

About the role

KakeKake is rebuilding a human‑blended AI coaching platform and needs a senior full‑stack engineer to lead a complete architectural overhaul. You will work directly with the VP of Engineering, shaping both front‑end UI/UX and back‑end services while integrating sophisticated AI/agentic components.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front‑end architecture and implement polished UI/UX using React and TypeScript.
• Rebuild and scale backend APIs, session management, and user routing with Node.js.
• Design and deploy AI/agentic workflows, orchestrating complex prompt flows and coaching frameworks.
• Integrate proprietary IP, company data, and personality assessments for personalized advice.
• Maintain a seamless handoff system between AI and human coaches, including real‑time support requests and video call scheduling.
• Develop cross‑platform mobile features and administrative interfaces using Expo/React Native.
• Iterate rapidly on product features while applying robust design patterns and reusable component libraries.
• Drive the engineering roadmap with high autonomy and direct communication.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with React, TypeScript, and front‑end performance optimization.
• Production‑grade experience building server APIs and session management in Node.js.
• Proven track record building AI agents, LLM integrations, or orchestration frameworks.
• Strong Python skills, especially with Google Cloud infrastructure and AI SDKs.
• Experience delivering mobile apps with Expo or React Native.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑agency environment and iterate with imperfect code.
