About the role
Compass is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join its Listing Services team. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Argentina, Uruguay or Mexico who can work legally in those locations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and scale front‑end and back‑end components of the listings platform.
- Implement new features that enhance the experience for agents and consumers.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers and other engineering squads to define technical strategy and meet KPIs.
- Maintain high quality standards, perform code reviews and share knowledge across the team.
- Participate in cross‑team projects that drive critical business outcomes.
Required profile
- Senior‑level software engineer with a strong sense of ownership.
- Passionate about code quality and continuous learning.
- Fluent in English; able to work remotely in the specified countries.
