Senior Fullstack Developer (Node.js & React)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our remote, multicultural team. You will take part in the full development cycle of web and mobile applications, from understanding business needs to delivering high‑quality software that meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Write well‑designed, maintainable code with automated tests.
• Participate in project planning, review calls, board and story‑map maintenance.
• Ensure high‑quality code standards across the company.
• Conduct meaningful code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate on internal initiatives and drive technical improvements.
• Assist teammates, facilitate discussions, and produce appropriate documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in a software‑related field with ~4 + years of IT experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• At least 2 years developing applications with Node.js and React.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and frontend testing libraries (Testing Library, Cypress, Jest).
• Solid knowledge of SQL database design and best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with bundlers/compilers (Vite, Webpack, Babel, Parcel, Gulp, Grunt) and AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
