Senior Full-Stack Growth Engineer - Marketing & Analytics

About the role

Truelogic, a nearshore staff augmentation provider with more than 600 tech professionals in Latin America, is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Growth Engineer for a client, a digital product and technology consulting firm serving healthcare, financial services and education. The engineer designs, builds and evolves the technical infrastructure behind customer acquisition, experimentation and marketing performance, combining full-stack development with quantitative analysis. The role is 100% remote.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain production full-stack features, backend services, web apps and internal growth tools.
• Design, deploy and evaluate experiments across acquisition, onboarding, conversion and retention flows, using statistical inference and causal reasoning to interpret A/B tests.
• Implement event tracking and product analytics with modern platforms such as PostHog.
• Integrate advertising platforms, CRMs, databases and third-party tools via REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks and event-driven pipelines.
• Evolving database schemas and data models, and connect acquisition, usage, CRM and revenue data to analyse full-funnel journeys.
• Maintain data quality, automated testing, observability, privacy and security; work with marketing, product and design teams on growth roadmaps.

Required profile

• Full-stack engineer with a proven track record building modern web apps, scalable APIs and relational databases.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on scripting or analytics in Python, R or similar tools.
• Foundation in experimental design, A/B testing, statistical inference and causal reasoning.
• Experience with product analytics instrumentation, event pipelines and third-party integrations.
• Ability to turn data findings and technical trade-offs into business insights.
• Nice to have: familiarity with PostHog, CRMs, marketing automation, CAPI and server-side tracking, growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, ROAS), incrementality testing and attribution, and a background in consulting or regulated industries.
