Senior DevOps Engineer – LATAM

About the role

Coderio is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support an international banking client. The role is hybrid and focuses on consolidating and modernizing CI/CD pipelines across multiple departments, with a strong emphasis on the .NET ecosystem and cloud integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for various banking applications.
• Act as the primary owner and administrator of the GitHub platform, ensuring governance, security, and best practices.
• Develop specialized pipelines for .NET applications to streamline deployments.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Lead technical ownership of existing CI/CD infrastructure, standardize processes, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
• Hands‑on expertise with GitHub Actions and GitHub platform administration.
• Strong experience building pipelines for .NET applications.
• Proficiency with cloud providers, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Demonstrated use of IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Relevant certifications (GitHub Foundations, GitHub DevOps Pipelines) are expected.
