Senior DevOps Engineer (Ansible expertise)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Ansible and Azure to lead the modernization of our Developer Portal. The role focuses on building a robust internal platform that enables self‑service, automated workflows and secure deployments for engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, implement and maintain DevOps pipelines and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve and create CI/CD processes.
• Manage and optimize cloud‑based environments in Azure.
• Use Terraform/OpenTofu for infrastructure‑as‑code automation.
• Orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm.
• Administer repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability and security.
• Provide recommendations to improve stability, efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Platform Engineering, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Ansible from design to implementation for both Windows and Linux.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and communicate effectively in fast‑paced environments.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (mandatory) and familiarity with AWS or GCP.
