Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

Sparq is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to own day‑to‑day delivery across technically complex, design‑led client engagements. You will keep teams aligned on priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery commitments while acting as a trusted partner to client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain alignment across engineering, design, product, QA and DevOps teams, ensuring work moves smoothly from planning to delivery.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, blockers and emerging issues, providing practical solutions proactively.
• Coordinate distributed and near‑shore teams, clarifying ownership, expectations, timelines and cross‑functional dependencies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and uphold overall delivery health in an Agile environment.
• Use Linear and other project‑management tools to track progress, milestones, dependencies and status.
• Adapt quickly to evolving priorities, timelines or requirements, helping the team make informed trade‑offs.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to streamline tasks, improve work quality and share best practices.
• Lead technical and delivery conversations with business and engineering stakeholders, translating complex information into clear actions.

Required profile

• Consultative problem‑solving approach with ability to align digital solutions to long‑term business goals.
• Hands‑on experience or strong desire to use AI tools, preferably Claude Certified Developer or Architect.
• Commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering high‑quality outcomes.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate cross‑functional teams.
