Senior Data Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics professional to join Sabre’s Data & Analytics team. You will transform raw data into strategic insights for senior leadership and collaborate with cross‑functional teams using SQL, Python, and Looker within the Google Cloud Platform environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, clean, and prepare datasets for actionable insights using Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Develop and maintain data‑driven solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform services.
• Build data visualizations and reports with BI tools such as Looker, Qlik, and Tableau.
• Migrate existing dashboards from Qlik to the Looker environment on GCP.
• Troubleshoot and debug data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Support automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
• Participate in brainstorming and solution‑design discussions.
• Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Degree in Software Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑starter with a curious mindset and excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based technologies, particularly GCP, and BI tools such as Looker and QlikSense.
