Senior Catalog Manager & PIM – Travel & Hospitality Tech

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Catalog Manager & PIM specialist to lead the design, implementation, and governance of a centralized product information management ecosystem for a leading digital communications agency serving the travel, hospitality and tourism sectors. The role will shape the enterprise catalog strategy, ensuring consistent, localized product data across multiple channels and languages.

Key responsibilities

• Define the master enterprise catalog vision, taxonomy, data ownership and lifecycle workflows across diverse product lines.
• Act as Product Owner for the evaluation, deployment and rollout of a PIM platform (Akeneo) and its integration with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Architect omnichannel‑ready product schemas that handle complex variations, hierarchies and cross‑sell structures for accommodations, activities, memberships, mobility and retail offerings.
• Drive integration of the PIM with AEM, resort channel managers, inventory engines, payment platforms and CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable booking funnels, mobile apps and other digital experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product catalog or PIM initiatives in a multi‑brand, multi‑language environment.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce, hospitality or travel domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
