Senior Business Analyst - Insurance Regulatory Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Insurance Regulatory Specialist to lead the design and implementation of a new insurance platform. The role combines strategic product vision with deep regulatory and functional expertise to ensure the solution meets business goals and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the strategic product vision, aligning platform design with business objectives.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional PGP capabilities.
• Map, analyze and optimise core CCAF processes (Affiliation, Credit, Licensing).
• Manage integration and coexistence of legacy SAP CRM and Case Management systems with the new platform.
• Design information architecture using BIAN data models to standardise data across the solution.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, regulatory authorities and the IT development team.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in the IT sector.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in the financial or insurance domain.
• Extensive knowledge of CCAF processes (Affiliation, Credit, Licensing).
• Strong functional expertise in SAP CRM and Case Management modules.
• Proven mastery of BIAN standards and data models.
• Familiarity with PGP solution architecture and agile development methodologies.
