About the role
FullStack is seeking a Senior AI‑Native Engineering Lead to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work directly with designers and engineers, applying AI‑native development practices to deliver production‑grade software.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate into the client’s team and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Completed a four‑year college degree.
- Extensive experience architecting and delivering large‑scale production systems.
- Proven ability to establish software architecture, engineering standards, and code quality.
Required skills
- AI‑native SDLC tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Integration of AI throughout the SDLC (planning, implementation, testing, code review, documentation).
- Building AI‑powered applications with LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.
- Full‑stack development using Node.js, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Backend development with Python.
- Cloud‑native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern deployment practices.
- GitHub workflows, Docker, and integration testing.
- Experience with AWS and engineering tools such as Grafana, Sentry, Vercel, or Render.
