Semi Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives on a fully remote basis. You will use your growing experience to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while managing stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex software development projects, guaranteeing quality and business alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Implement and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members on best practices.
• Communicate project status to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software architecture.
• Experience in resource allocation and team management.
• Familiarity with project reporting and documentation standards.
• Advanced level of English.
