About the role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance experts. You will use your knowledge of macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to test model reasoning and improve answer quality.
Key responsibilities
- Review and refine AI Assistant responses to finance‑related questions.
- Design and present complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases for the models.
- Assess the correctness, logic, and performance of AI outputs.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model improvements.
Required profile
- Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
- Advanced degree (MBA+) or solid professional finance experience; a Master’s or PhD is a plus.
