Sales Agent – Call Center Tourism

About the role

RCI Uruguay, part of Travel + Leisure Co., is looking for experienced call center sales agents who want to develop their sales skills and earn unlimited commissions while helping partners plan their dream trips. The position is open to people registered in the National Registry of Persons with Disabilities (Law 19.691) who meet the requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and advise each client with personalized service
• Close sales using persuasion and negotiation skills
• Manage your own client portfolio without having to search for clients
• Provide excellent service by answering questions, suggestions and complaints from partners

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center (desirable)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to results
• Punctuality and responsibility
• Availability to work in the Zonamerica area
• Tourism training or experience (desirable but not required)
