Risk Modeling Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. In this role you will review AI‑generated answers, test the models with complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve their reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to questions on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present diverse, real‑world financial problems and edge cases to test model performance.
• Evaluate the outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and overall quality.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model refinements.

Required profile

• Finance professional with advanced degree (MBA+) or equivalent real‑world experience.
• Bilingual‑level proficiency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
