Revenue Operations Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Revenue Operations Assistant to support the flow of data and invoices between our Account Management, Finance, Buyers and Vendors. The role is administrative and operational, focusing on data accuracy, invoicing workflows and payment follow‑up within a fast‑paced performance‑marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Export buyer and vendor data from Callgrid and format it in Google Sheets for weekly, bi‑weekly or monthly invoicing cycles.
• Confirm call and lead numbers with buyers, create payment links for pre‑payments and maintain credit records.
• Follow up on overdue buyer payments and coordinate with Account Management on unpaid invoices.
• Enter new buyers and client IDs into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Manage supplier invoice approval, track payment terms (Net 7, Net 15, Net 30) and liaise with Finance to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reporting sheets covering invoice tracking, payment status, aging and operational notes.
