About the role

Join Harding+ as a French‑speaking Retail Sales Associate and bring premium and luxury brands to life aboard a cruise ship. You will travel to various destinations while delivering immersive retail experiences that delight guests and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Live and work on a cruise ship, creating a memorable retail environment for passengers.
• Promote a curated range of luxury products through in‑store events, fashion shows, and presentations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and convey brand culture to guests.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while participating in promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong background in retail, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
• Fluent French with excellent face‑to‑face customer service skills.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑changing environment.
• Team player with a proven ability to showcase luxury items.

Required skills

• Fluency in French.
• Sales and customer service expertise in a retail setting.
