Remote Scrum Master

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its global, fully‑remote team. You will guide Agile teams, coach members, and ensure smooth delivery of projects for high‑profile clients such as Google and innovative Silicon Valley startups.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) across distributed teams.
• Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices, removing impediments to maintain steady progress.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine, estimate, and prioritize backlog items.
• Track project health using Agile metrics and generate clear status reports for clients.
• Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain confidence in delivery quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Valid US visa (B1‑B2 or ESTA) for client engagements.
• Background in IT or software development environments is desirable.
